Dani has a passion for the anatomy of the body. She also has her Diploma in Gym Instructing and array fo skills from Spin through to Dance. Dani knows the need for athletes to look after their bodies to get the best performances which applies to all exercising bodies. Having experienced illness at the peak of her Dancing career she understands the recovery process of injury and illness and the effects it has on the body. 


She sees her role in massage as assisting bodies to better reach peak performance, rehabilitating muscles and assisting with flexibility and mobility. or in some cases rest time to give your body some relaxation.
