Kath has the passion, drive and power to match her punch. With over 15 years experience in  both education and training, she continues to expand her expertise in training.  

 

Her moto of 'strong body strong mind' inspires her to continually learn and grow in knowledge, training techniques through updated research within the Health and Fitness industries.

Kath leads an incredibly active lifestyle and is passionate about creating programs that are individually tailored to her clients to get results.
