One month to achieve your results!
It’s your challenge to complete the number of reps for each day.
At the end of the month you will have completed 1500 reps.
How it works:
Select your target exercise/s (One or more) eg. Push Ups, Squats, Pull Ups, Sit Ups or Lunges
You complete your target reps on each calendar day = 3 days and have the 4th day to rest…
however it is not total rest… You get to plank on your day off.
