Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@walkrunplay.com.au

Exchanges

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
